Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
